Adult diapers are made in various forms, including those resembling traditional child diapers, underpants, and pads resembling sanitary napkins (known as incontinence pads). Superabsorbent polymer is primarily used to absorb bodily wastes and liquids. Adult diapers are like an under garment worn by those individuals who do not have control over their bladder movements. People who are physically or mentally disabled, and are unable to reach the toilet on time, need to use diapers. Adult diapers can be used for a number of reasons. Primarily they are used for tackling bladder or bowel incontinence. People with medical conditions which cause them to experience URINARY or FECAL INCONTINENCE often require diapers or similar products because they are unable to control their bladders or bowels. An adult diaper is a diaper made to be worn by a person with a body larger than that of an infant or toddler. Diapers can be necessary for adults with various conditions, such as incontinence, mobility impairment, severe diarrhoea or dementia.

There are mainly two types of adult Diaper available 

1) Tape-Tab Style:

      • For wearing tape style, user need to lie on bed in order to seek help from the care giver’s (which gives them feeling of sick or like baby).
      • After wearing tape style diapers, users usually prefer to urinates in the diaper itself even if he/she had intention to go to toilet due to concern of following the whole process of wearing again. 

      • Tape style diapers are big and bulky and can clearly be seen from outside clothes.

2) Pull Up Style

      • Pant style diapers can be easily worn by self just like an underwear (it brings in confidence and will to life).

      • In case of Pants style diaper if user wants to urinates in Toilet she/he can simply pull down the pants and pull it up himself without calling for support.
      • Pant style diapers have very good fitting which not only support confidence to go out in diapers but also facilitates easy of walking.
